Perhaps the most misunderstood piece of the line, the Wexford votive holder is often identified as a shotglass, which is easily dismissed in a product line originating in the late 1960s that also includes a cordial glass.

Fire-King & More gave a 2002 value of $2.50 for a 2.5″ votive. The book included some of the flashed color options, pictured below.

replacements.com lists it as a shotglass for $8.99 apiece. I can find them elsewhere online singly or in lots from $5 to $20 each. My thift store finds were $2-3.

The Wexford votive is the smallest piece I’ve found to date. (Although Fire-King & More lists 2 oz. shakers) It is rare in thrift stores but plentiful online.

Three is not enough of an impact for votives, so I am more likely to use them as toothpick holders. They are well-suited for that task.
